First, ensure the ANC switch is fully engaged. If issues persist, try rebooting your headset by holding the power button for 10 seconds. ANC relies on a tight seal; check that your earpads or ear tips are properly seated.

Power on the headset, then press and hold the dedicated Bluetooth pairing button for 3 seconds until the light flashes Blue.

Ensure you are using the original USB-C cable and a wall adapter that meets the speaker’s voltage requirements. If the issue persists after a full overnight charge, your product may be eligible for a warranty claim under the manufacturer’s specifications.
